Right of Withdrawal & Returns – VAILANTO

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. Where an order contains several items delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email or letter).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Returns

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter to the return address provided by us.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

As our products are manufactured and shipped from different locations, the return address may vary depending on your order.

3. Effects of Withdrawal and Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at shop@vailanto.com.

We will review your concern and work towards a solution in accordance with your statutory rights relating to defective goods.

Your statutory rights remain fully unaffected.

5. Individually Personalised Products

For products made specifically to a customer's personal specifications or clearly tailored to their personal needs, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.

The fact that an ordinary VAILANTO product is manufactured only after an order is placed does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
